What is it used for?
Bild von Inlays, Onlays, Kronen, Brücken

All applications in the dental laboratory and several at the dentists, such as inlays, onlays, bridges, crowns and dentures and fillings, splints and repairs. Metal-free. How can this be? Because of the fabric - think of entire airplanes being built out of such material ! For more information klick here.

Why should I consider using it? No investments needed. All you need is a pair of scissors and a light-curing device. And it behaves just like normal light-curing composite, so you can put "pure" composite on top of it to color-shade it. No problems of lacking adhesion, differing thermal properties...Benefits

How do you know it works? We've been doing it since 1992.

Which colors are available ? All "VITA"-Colors can be provided. It's the composite that gives the color, the ribbon is without color. Currently we deliver B1, A2, A3,5 and pink.

When do I need Polyester, when Polyethylen ribbon ? You need DentaTex with Polyester ribbon on the surface - it can be milled and finished outstandingly well. It's strenth is sufficient for most indications. Polyethylen is extremely strong, about 6 times stronger than than Polyester, but it does not mill as nicely as Polyester. It is required for bridges and dentures as supporting structure.
